Changes from 2.8:
* Includes SpamCatcher Engine 5.1.0 with the following changes:
    1. Increased throughput: 5.1.0 includes caching for LiveFeed 
(DNS-based reputation) and SPF checks.
    2. Increased throughput: 5.1.0 includes the ham_threshold option to 
skip slow rule checks if the message is likely to be ham.
    3. Enhanced LiveFeed real-time lookups for improved accuracy and 
ease-of-use.
    4. New options to improve accuracy: 5.1.0 includes options to share 
data on spam sent to nonexistent users and/or spam bait addresses.
    5. Reduced LiveReport file sizes: Uploaded mstat files dramatically 
reduced in size.
    6. Improved incremental updates for the sc1 file reduces the 
download size for this file by ~99%.
    7. Improved reliability: 5.1.0 includes more monitoring, alerts, 
asserts, checks, self-healing, etc. within the code.
    8. Fixes a scenario where a specific misformatted message caused the 
engine to crash.
* Some cosmetic bugs fixed.
