Changes from 3.1:
* Includes SpamCatcher Engine 6.0.4 with the following changes:
Fixed a bug affecting the extraction of domains.
  Fixed a bug causing one character domain to not be queried against LiveFeed.
  Optimized engine initialization time.
  Engine can now initialize even if network connection is down.
  Engine can now initialize before waiting for rules to be retrieved.
  Fixed a crash during processing of messages using Shift-JIS charset. Note this crash only affects non-Windows platforms.
  Fixed a crash encountered during reload of options.
  Fixed a bug causing buildup of sc18 tmp files.
  Fixed false warning notice on the auto_config option.
  Fixed exception while resolving some PTR records in SPF lookup.
  Fixed exception while reading scoffset.bin.incr when using "use_score_offsets".
  scopt.tmp file will now only be generated if dbg_verbose_level=5 or higher.
  Added additional safeguard to existing checks on rule download server to prevent distribution of corrupt rule files.
  "rbl_max_ips=0" no longer treated as "rbl_max_ips=1".
