Hello, you may want to try set “Remote IP Address Restrictions” @ Settings/Real-Time/XMPP/Receiving to Grant and specify your local IP/s if applicable.

Is one way to stop external IM messaging (and keep it only for internal use) to set the XMPP listener to limit the number of connections from non-Client IP addresses to zero?
