Error 10047 is WSAEAFNOSUPPORT.

For an unknown reason your adapter or the OS began to refuse the AF_INET family in dns requests. Which does not make sense.

If it works now you did the right thing - netsh winsock reset was probably the good way to fix it, unless you've been infected by something that broke your winsock layers. In that case sfc /scannow was the real fix. You should probably verify the integrity of your system, virus-wise.

i use this cmd :
Open an elevated command prompt
click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.
Type the following command, and then press ENTER:
netsh winsock reset [enter]
then resart my server

i use also :
Open an elevated command prompt
click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.
Type the following command, and then press ENTER:
sfc /scannow
The sfc /scannow command scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions.
it is more long and then resart the server
