  The problem is IMO a bad choice for the retry setting in
Mailchannels' MDA.
  We use a greylisting function that is highly effective at blocking
spam, especially dictionary attacks. If the IP address is not
recognized, the proxy sends a "451 - retry later". Almost all MDAs
retry 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 - 90 minutes later.
  Mailchannels retries immediately after each 451 response. And adds a
block of header entries after each retry until the proxy's delay timer
runs down, which is set (luckily) at 1 minute. The result is a header
chock full of garbage. It usually takes 10 - 15 retires by
Mailchannels to get the message through. Hence the rejection by CGPro.
  I increased the limit to 30 "hops" which is enough to allow
Mailchannels-damaged mail to come through.
