Hello,

One customer who said he had spent days resolving this issue have reported that uninstalling the KB3172519 didn't help, but this had worked and he wanted to share his finding:
------
for the MAPI to work with Outlook 2013 correctly, Outlook has to be on version "15.0.4911.1002"
have your users run this in cmd as admin without the quotes
"cd %programfiles%\Microsoft Office 15\ClientX64
officec2rclient.exe /update user updatetoversion=15.0.4911.1002"
that will remove any updates in Microsoft Office pass version 15.0.4911.1002
------

It appears as though it is the update and not CGP's MAPI:

Removing the update fixes it and it is affecting non-CGP systems as well.

We are experiencing it as well.

1.52.54.11/1.54.12.11

Outlook 2013 on Windows 10/64.

Reply works, its just Reply All that generates the error.

We noticed that KB3172519 was the most recently install Outlook
patch.  After removing it Reply All worked again.  Anyone else
experiencing this?

Could it be related to the MAPI connector?
CGP 6.1.13
MAPI 1.52.54.61/1.54.12.11

We also tried creating a new profile without success.  Only
uninstalling  KB3172519 helped.
