CGP doesn't support such rule conditions.
You could likely have an external filter to do that, but I think the effort to automate this task outweight by far having a simple yearly reminder in your preferred calendar (even CGP's) to update the rule.

Hi
I built a rule that should only act on one day each year:
1st Condition: [Current Date] [greater than] [31 Jul 17:00]
2nd Condition: [Current Date] [less than] [2 Aug]
I omitted the year, the Parameter was accepted.
But it doesn't work. I had to add the year as follows (but this way, it only works the actual year):
1st Condition: [Current Date] [greater than] [31 Jul 2017 17:00]
2nd Condition: [Current Date] [less than] [2 Aug 2017]
How do I build a rule that acts every year?
Marcel
