I doubt that it has reset this setting by itself. Most likely, the following has happened: You have set that setting to 1 year, which actually meant 366 days in the pre-5.1 versions (where the time menu stuff was hard-coded). The Log Settings page menu in 5.1 has an item for 360 days, but it does not have one for 366 days. So, the menu displays the first available item - which happens to be 6 hours. At this point, nothing is changed on your server. But if you click "update" on that page, it will store 6 hours instead of 1 year, and you can loose your log files if you do not restore the setting value quickly (CGatepro does not rush to delete your files immediately). We will add the 366 days option to this and other menus that could be set to "1 year" with the previous options - to avoid these problems.
