Hi,

I am doing the following and it is working for me.

Add a rule for the specific user as follows

Rules = ((5,reply,
((Return-Path,"is not","<>"), ;To avoid auto messages.
("Header Field","is not","X-MS: SPAM"), ; Or whatever your anti-spam
headers were, you can change this to the score header.
(To,is,email@domain.tld)), ;If it was sent directly to me, change this
to suit your need
(("Reply with","Thank you for contacting me, blah blah blah"))));
}
