Subject: Message reported delivered in log, but not in mailbox

One of our techs recently sent a message to a customer in an attempt to troubleshoot a problem she claimed she was having receiving mail. Checking the log, the message claims to be delivered into her mailbox; however, it's definitely not actually in her mailbox, and I see no logged evidence that her mail client retrieved or deleted the message.

This is the log data on the message:

09:43:24.89 2 SMTPI-93880([64.18.0.66]) [162318632] received, 2415 bytes
09:43:24.89 5 SMTPI-93880([64.18.0.66]) out: 250 162318632 message accepted for delivery\r\n
09:43:24.89 2 QUEUE([162318632]) from <digital.forest@gmail.com>, 2415 bytes (<a2cfb2e40712060937y6b467ee8i92ddc03bb87a374c@mail.gmail.com>)
09:43:24.89 2 ENQUEUER-25([162318632]) enqueued
09:43:24.92 2 MAILBOX(customer@foo.com/INBOX) [162318632] stored as 500840
09:43:24.92 2 ACCOUNT(customer@foo.com) [162318632] delivered
09:43:24.92 2 DEQUEUER [162318632] LOCAL(customer@foo.com) delivered
09:43:24.92 2 QUEUE([162318632]) deleted

What I find curious is this next line that appears about 8 seconds later:

09:43:32.10 2 MAILBOX(customer@foo.com/INBOX) cut @143949413, 2227 messages, last={500653}

Anyone know what that means? Her mailbox is very large -- about 850 megs -- but it's not over quota.

Thanks,

-Bill
