Yes, every so often our Cloudmark plugin detects a problem and you can see the message alerts stating its restarted. Takes care of itself.

Although the occasional spams still get through (though these are minimal), the feature that distinguishes this product for us is the zero number of false positives we have had (e.g. real emails identified as spam), which is why we will be sticking with Cloudmark for the foreseeable future (spam assassin we found just wasn't effective enough or detected too many false positives - very bad to lose any emails)
The only issue we have had with Cloudmark is that occasionally the plugin can take a while to startup if its definitions are out-of-date (though this might be because our mail server is an ancient machine), but as we don't restart it that often I don't really class this as a problem..
