X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2900.3138
don't get me wrong,I had specified that my users are IMAP users and there is no any questions in the list ralated to IMAP users Mail archiving.
I had checked all the questions asked in this list related to Archiving. I am not satisfied with any of the answers including which you(Stefan Seiz ) posted.
Archiving is not actually taking the backup of users mails. The mails have to be saved in such a way that it should be compressed and accessible by the user.
Normally this is a property of mail clients.Since my users are imap users mails should be saved in the server.

I had searched about archiving before sending mail to the list.I got some Archiving tools also.
Feith ,Mail Archiva and MPP are the tools which supports mail archiving in communigate.
But none of this can be integrated with Outlook or webmail in such a way that ,
users have an archieved folder in their interface for browsing the old mails.

Thanks & Regards
Ranju

Hi,

don't get me wrong, but you may very well receive much more responses, if
you would take the time to sit down in front of a keyboard and formulate a
real email with precise questions and goals you wnt to achieve. Quickly
shooting off emails from your mobile device (which i believe you are using)
won't bring you very much responses.
Why would anyone care to invest any time in an answer if it is clear you
haven't been willing to invest any time in formulating your questions.

Additionally, it is sometimes woth checking the archives of this list and
see if the question had been alswered in the past already. The topic of mail
archiving for example was just duscussed very recently.
This list's archive can e.g. be conveniently searched using google:
