I've already complained to the lyco help desk about this - no response yet.  It could be someone signed it up or an ex-employee maybe being forwarded to them.  I've pre-written a rule on the server here to redirect their stuff to /dev/null if they don't fix the annoyance soon.

Subject: CGate Pro Discussions list issue: "lycos helpdesk"?

After I sent my reply re: tracking down and infected pc earlier today, I got two messages directly from "lycos helpdesk". Does anyone know what's up with that?

Here are the headers, below.

I'm suspecting that it isn't a coincidence that https://support.communigate.com/ and https://help.lycos.com/ are both using the same helpdesk software.

Although it could be that someone has signed up the lycos helpdesk address on the list.
