Since CGP is =20 advertising that they have Active Sync support, then they should be =20 more proactive in providing this support. If it is a public beta =20 project then we would all expect there to be problems. This would =20 make it much easier for the developers to continue lagging (perceived) =20= in fixing this feature. (I do realize that this is a tricky puzzle =20 and appreciate all the work that has been done so far.) However, since they are marketing the product as a solution = (http://www.communigate.com/carrier/airsync.html=20 ). There needs to be more attention to solving the glaring =20 inadequacies of the released product. Perhaps there is not enough users that actually need this service. In =20= that case, it makes sense that the support would be as it is. That is =20= why I wanted to poll the community to see if it was even worth pursuing. ---------------------------------------------- Ben Hanes Email Administrator Children's Hospital Oakland Research Institute On Jun 24, 2009, at 10:51 PM, Shaun Gamble wrote: > Unless they do a pretty major overhaul, I doubt you will see it =20 > fixed any time soon. > > It took another company to get BB support for CGP and even now it's =20= > still got problems with Calendar events and the like. > > Ben Hanes wrote: >> My apologies to those on this list who have no care for iPhone =20 >> support... >> >> On a scale of 1-5 how important is iPhone support in your CGP =20 >> implementation? >> >> For us it is a solid 4. >> >> I'd like to see how many CGP users actually need this =20 >> functionality.
