We had an incident this weekend of a vacation message set on the CGP server using the built in CGP vacation rule, generating a loop with a  Mailman mailing list.  


Precedence: list

is in the headers of the message in question.  Isn't that enough for the CGP vacation rule to ignore the message and not send the vacation message?
