It's called Challenge/Response and they have their own set of problems. Not a perfect world.

it's just an idea that may not be good ..
for anti-spam would be nice if it was possible to put it
in whitelist by simply copying it or transfer it since
"JunkMail" to "INBOX" ?
it would be nice if someone who writes for the first time
to CGP account receive an email from the server asking it
to validate his message by "captcha" and after place the
message in the INBOX message.
like this robots which send masse messages does not
pollute our mailboxes .. ?
