The version 0.21 of SyncCGP is now available, compatible with 
Thunderbird 3 (TB3 only - no compatibility with Thunderbird 2 anymore to 
simplify the code base).

Calendar and tasks have been removed from the extension, as Lightning's 
and CGP 5.3's CalDAV are good enough to deal with each other.

Also:
    - Polished the UI
    - VCARD UID is now stored in a custom hidden card field instead of 
using the Custom4 TB field
    - X-Telnum and X-Has-Certificate header fields automatically 
(re-)generated when synchronizing back to server
    - Removed useless and confusing configuration assistant ("Wizard")
    - Lots of enhancements behind the hood. Partial code cleanup, 
optimizations

The release system has been updated to allow the "secure updates" 
Thunderbird 3 requires.
