If you don't mind my asking, where did you find the documentation for this? I've looked around for Chronos stuff and all I've every found is the Settings->Other->Chronos

Sounds to me very much like a job for an external script running as a
scheduled task (Windows) or from cron (Linux, UNIX).
I'd hazard a guess that something in Perl using the CLI or XIMSS would
work, as long as it can parse the calendar data. In fact, I'd hazard
another guess that this probably already exists somewhere!
