I used to have it tacked up on my cubicle wall, but have since taken it down.
It is something like "message limit exceeded" or "message sending limit exceeded"
Aw heck, I'll just set my account on the test server.
"failed to submit. Error Code=message sending quota exceeded, try later" is what appears on FreeBSD7 with CGPro 5.3.4
