The name colesferry.org resolves to 24.159.30.238, (with an A record) but
the ip 24.159.30.238 resolves to lebanon-24-159-30-238.midtn.chartertn.net
with a PTR record.

The records show that Charter handles that ip:

Charter Communications CHARTER-NET (NET-24-159-0-0-1)
                                  24.159.0.0 - 24.159.255.255

Presumably I would contact  IPaddressing@chartercom.com and tell them you
would like a PTR record for 24.159.30.238 to resolve to
mail.colesferry.org. Then put mail.colesferry.org as the server name in
the SIMS general config.

Good luck getting Charter to do this. They MIGHT, but they might just
ignore you. Ah, the beauty of little competition...
