I've encountered busy mailboxes after a POP3 close went wrong four times
before with SIMS (versions prior to 1.8b4).  I only encountered it with one
user, however, and it occurred far too infrequently to do useful debugging.

In my cases, though, interrupting the line did not close the mailbox.  In
fact, turning off POP3, or even quitting and re-launching SIMS did not unbind
port 110.  When SIMS came back, it thus couldn't provide POP3 service.  I had
to reboot each time.

The problem hasn't occurred on b8, so far.
