And if you want to use only part of ORBS, leave those addresses out of the
Blacklist.  ORBS returns different addresses depending upon what class of
listing is involved.

See <http://www.orbs.org/usingindex.html> for the current details of what
addresses are returned.

Add 127.0.0.2-127.0.0.3 and 127.0.0.5-127.0.0.255 to exempt those networks in
the untestable netblock list.  (However, check to see if any other blacklists
you use return 127.0.0.4 before you exempt 127.0.0.4.)
