Les,

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you on the points mentioned. The
answers to your questions are as follows:

1) No DNS is running on the LAN.
    I didn't think this was required - I've not needed to run DNS when
setting up a QuickMail Pro mail service.

2) The mail addresses are all in the form of name@ridgedale.co.uk

3) mail.ridgedale.co.uk is stated in the SMTP mail server field.
